Scranton beat Buffalo 4-3 behind a good game from Eduardo Nunez. Nunez tied it in the 9th and Miranda won it in the 10th. This notebook from Buffalo has items about Jesus Montero and staying grounded, the lack of run support for Scranton's starting pitching and the Ike Davis hullabaloo.
Trenton split their double header winning game 1 thanks to a solid outing from DJ Mitchell and loosing game 2 after being limited by Casey Kelly. DJ Mitchell had a much better start the second time around.
Tampa was washed out.
Charleston lost 3-1 thanks to a walk off blast from Tommy Joseph, the Giants prospect. Shaeffer Hall pitched well, again (no hitter through 6) but still couldn't get his first win (0.77 ERA in 3 starts).
