John Sickels' Top 20 Yankee Prospects

John Sickels released his top 20 Yankee prospect list over at Minor League Ball. Jesus Montero comes in as the Yankees top prospect with an 'A' grade and says he has a Manny Ramirez/Mike Piazza-type bat. Sickels tends to be more of a numbers guy, so I was surprised to see Gary Sanchez come in as the Yankees' 7th best prospect. Like Baseball America's rankings, Sickels has four catchers in the Yankees top 10.

I'm not sure what Sickels likes so much about Neil Medchill, but he ranked him 15th. The system is definitely a little thin in the upper levels right now after the Granderson and Vazquez trades, but it is still deep and has a lot of guys with big upside.
