It's worth noting here that the report I referenced came from a Baseball Prospectus scout, Kiley McDaniel. One of the problems with international prospects is that they are often controlled by aggressive agents who are reluctant to easily give up information. So really, no one knows for sure what his weight is.
But in this regard I would generally go with the information from Baseball Prospectus as Kiley McDaniel is the one who originally reported the Yankees interest in Sanchez and has scouted him personally. McDaniel is an expert in the Dominican market and is highly regarded in the business. One of the reasons there are big time questions about Sanchez is due to Sanchez's buscone, which is a sort of agent. His buscone has been particularly difficult and has kept a lot of information sort of close to the chest. So until he gets state side many questions about Sanchez will remain. (Keep in mind, NO ONE has seen Sanchez actually hit outside of batting practice). Again, nothing can be determined as definite at this point, even Sanchez's actual signing. We all remember what happened last year.

Additionally, here is some video of Sanchez that McDaniel recorded on his last trip to the DR: Throwing and Hitting.

Here's another link to McDaniel's article explaining the complexities of the international signing period.
