Triple-A Scranton:

Ivan Nova started game one of the doubleheader and was pretty bad after two consecutive strong outings. His final line: 4IP 8H 5R (all earned) 2BBs 1K 6:4 GB:FB ratio.


Double-A Trenton:

Eduardo Nunez had another multi-hit game going 2 for 3. He has his average up to .320 on the season and is OPS'ing just over 1.000 in August in 101ABs.


High-A Tampa:

David Adams went 1 for 3 with a solo HR, a walk, and a HBP. He scored 3 runs as well. The HR was his 6th on the season and his 3rd in the last 10 games.

Austin Romine had a strong day going 2 for 3 with 2 walks and 2 runs scored. His average at .274.

Damon Sublett had a great day going 4 for 5 with a double, 2RBIs, and a run scored. He has his average on the season up to .269. He is hitting .290 with an OPS of .874 since the ASB in 186ABs. He has always had the ability to hit but had an injury-plagued season last year that really hurt his development.


Low-A Charleston:

Alan Horne fared much better in his second outing in Charleston. His line: 7IP 6H 2R (both earned) 4BBs 5Ks 9:6 GB:FB ratio. He is still having control issues however with the 4 walks and 2 wild pitches on the day.
