Baseball America continued posting its League Top 20's by posting the top 20 prospects list for the Gulf Coast League today.  17 year-old RHP Arodys Vizcaino was the only Yankee to make the list, checking in at #11.  I think LHP Manuel Banuelos should have made the list as well, given that he was one of the youngest pitchers in the league, and put up better numbers than most of the pitchers on the list (Vizcaino included).  I sent in a question about Banuelos's exclusion to BA's Matt Blood, who will be chatting about the GCL list at 3 PM.  Hopefully he'll get around to answering it.
