• Austin Jackson was 2 for 3 with a RBI and a walk., raising his batting average to .288
• Kevin Russo was 2 for 4 with 2 doubles and a RBI, raising his average to .385. Dude is really killing the ball right now.
  
• Kevin Whelan allowed 2 walks but no further in his inning of relief, striking out 2 in the process.

• Jeremy Bleich did pitch his last time out and pitched pretty well in fact, allowing 2 runs on 5 hits and 1 walk in his 7 innings of work, striking out 8.
  
• Austin Romine hasn't gotten into a game since Oct. 21st, and hasn't hit in a game since Oct. 18th.
  
• The last time Andrew Brackman pitched was Oct. 21st. He allowed 1 run on 5 hits and 1 walk in 5 frames, striking out 4.
