- Jeff Karstens got the start, and was hit hard. In 3 2/3 innings, he gave up 6 runs on 7 hits (2 homers) and 3 walks, with 6 strikeouts.
- Steven White was less effective in his second bullpen outing, giving up 2 runs on 4 hits (2 homers) and 2 walks in 1 2/3 innings.
- JB Cox did his thing, pitching 1 1/3 perfect innings. He has still yet to give up a run in AAA since being promoted.
- Brett Gardner, back to the leadoff spot, was 0 for 4 with a walk.
- Justin Christian and Cody Ransom were each 1 for 4 with a double.
- Eric Duncan was 0 for 3 with a sac fly.
- Nick Green was 2 for 4.
- Bernie Castro was 1 for 3 with a double and a walk.
- Phil Coke got the start, and was very effective. In 7 innings, he gave up 2 runs (1 earned) on 8 hits and 2 walks, with 1 strikeout.
- Anthony Claggett pitched 2 shutout innings of relief, striking out 1 and allowing 3 hits. This lowered his ERA to 1.50 on the season.
- Ramiro Pena was 4 for 5 with a double.
- Austin Jackson was 0 for 3 with a walk.
- Colin Curtis was 1 for 2 with 3 walks.
- Edwar Gonzalez was 2 for 5 with a double, raising his average to .349.
- Jose Tabata was 2 for 5 to bring his average up to .236.
- Reegie Corona and Frank Muich were both 1 for 4.
- Dellin Betances was roughed up, giving up 8 runs (7 earned) on 8 hits (2 homers) and 2 walks, while striking out 3. There's not much good that can be said about this outing, other than the fact that he only walked 2.
- Wilkins De La Rosa gave up a run on 2 hits in 2 1/3 innings of relief, and struck out 3.
- Chase Vacek pitched 2 shutout innings, giving up a hit and a walk, and striking out 1.
- Justin Snyder was 1 for 5 with a double.
- Brandon Laird was 1 for 5, and earned a golden sombrero with 4 strikeouts. He also made an error in the field (his 8th).
- Jesus Montero was 3 for 5 with a double to raise his average to .318, though he also struck out twice.
- Austin Romine was 1 for 5 with a triple, and is hitting .316 on the season.
- Brian Baisley was 2 for 3 with a walk.
- Carmen Angelini was 2 for 4 with 2 doubles to raise his average to .243. He is hitting .294 in his last 10 games, so maybe he is starting to get comfortable with the bat.
- Walter Ibarra was 2 for 4 with a 3-run double.
