Hopefully he heals quickly and is able to be productive this season. It is possible that the wrist could bother him even after his return, and hamper his hitting.  While Jose Molina's 2-year deal will probably keep Cervelli from being needed in the majors until 2010 (barring injury, that is), it would have been nice to see what he could do in a full, healthy season in Trenton.  I wonder who the Yankees will promote/sign to fill his spot as AA catcher. Update: Well that was quick. The Yankees signed veteran catcher Chad Moeller as a result of the Cervelli injury. Chad Jennings has the story. Thanks to reader dan for the link.
