• Eric Wordekemper pitched 3 1/3 innings, allowing 2 runs on 4 hits and a walk, striking out 2 in the process.
• Mark Melancon got hit hard as he allowed 3 runs on 4 hits and 2 walks in his 3 2/3 innings of work, striking out 5 in the process. He also had a 1-4 groundout-flyout ratio.
• Zach Kroenke allowed a hit in his shutout inning of relief.
• Ramiro Pena and Cody Ehlers were 0 for 4.
• Colin Curtis was 1 for 5 with a double.
• Austin Jackson was 1 for 5 with a triple.
• PJ Pilittere was 1 for 4.
• Jose Tabata was 2 for 3 with a walk, raising his average to .238.
• Edwar Gonzalez was 2 for 4 with a double and 2 RBIs.
• Reegie Corona was 1 for 3.

• Jason Stephens got the start and was effective. In 6 innings of 1 run ball, Jason allowed 7 hits and 3 walks, striking out 5 in the process. He also had a 9-3 groundout-flyout ratio.
• In 2 innings of shutout relief, Grant Duff allowed a hit and a walk, striking out 3 in the process.
• Jonathan Hovis struck out a batter in a perfect inning of relief.
• Luis Nunez was 1 for 5.
• James Cooper was 2 for 5.
• Mitch Hilligross was 1 for 3 with a walk.
• Andres Perez was 1 for 4 with a double.
• Seth Fortenberry, Eduardo Nunez, and Jose Gil were hitless in their respective at bats.
• C.J. Henry was 1 for 4.
• Kevin Smith was 2 for 4.

• Wilkins De La Rosa allowed 2 runs on a hit and 4 walks in 3 2/3 innings of work, striking out 3 in the process.
• Jonathan Ortiz struck out the only batter he faced.
• Chace Vacek allowed 6 runs on 7 hits and 2 walks in his inning of work.
• Abe Almonte, Carmen Angelini and Justin Snyder were 1 for 4. Abe and Justin also had a walk each while Carmen added 2 more fielding errors to his sub par defensive resume. Abe, on the other hand, had an outfield assist at 3rd base.
• Brad Suttle was 2 for 4 with a walk.
• Jesus Montero was 0 for 4 with a walk.
• Austin Romine, catching, was 2 for 4 with 2 RBIs.
• Brandon Laird, Taylor Holiday, and Austin Krum were 0 for 3 with a walk.

• Casey Erickson allowed 3 runs on 10 hits in his 4 innings of work. He did however have a 9-0 groundout-flyout ratio.
• Andy Shive allowed 2 hits and a walk but no further in his 2 innings of shutout relief, striking out 3 in the process.
• Jacinto Gonell allowed a hit and struck out 3 in his 1 2/3 innings of work
• Pat Venditte struck out a batter in his 1 1/3 innings of work. He is yet to allow a run this season.
• Raymond Kruml was 1 for 4 with a stolen base.
• David Adams was 3 for 4 with 2 stolen bases. Hmm, our taller version of Dustin Pedroia?
• Brian Baisley and Ryan Wilkes were 1 for 3.
• Taylor Grote was 1 for 4.

• Seventeen year old Arodys Vizcaino allowed an unearned run on 3 hits and a walk in 5 innings of work, striking out 4 in the process.
• Ryan Flannery allowed an unearned run on 2 hits in 2 innings of work, striking out 3 in the process.
• Chad Gross was 1 for 3.
• Jose Pirela was 2 for 3 with a double and a stolen base.
• Tommy Baldridge was 1 for 3 with a homerun.
• Zolio Almonte was 0 for 3.
• Jimmy Paredes was 1 for 4.
• Chase Weems drew a walk. He also had his 2nd passed ball of the season.
• Corban Joseph, dhing, was 0 for 3.
