- Alan Horne got the start and allowed 3 runs on 9 hits and 3 walks, while striking out 3 in his 6 1/3 innings of work.
- Dave Robertson struck out 4 in 2 innings of scoreless relief. In that span, Alan threw 88 pitches, 52 of them going for strikes. He also had a 10-6 groundout-flyout ratio.
- Brett Gardner, playing centerfield, was 1 for 4.
- Jason Lane was 0 for 4 with a walk.
- Matt Carson was 2 for 3 with a double and 2 walks.
- Eric Duncan was 0 for 2.
- Justin Christian was 1 for 4 with 2 stolen bases, stealing second and home.
- Phil Coke got the start, allowing 2 runs (1 earned) on 8 hits, while striking out 4 in his 6 innings of work.
- Steven Jackson allowed 2 runs on 3 hits and a walk while striking out 5 in his 2 innings of relief.
- Austin Jackson was 1 for 5 with his 4th homerun of the season.
- Colin Curtis was both 1 for 3 with a walk.
- Cody Ehlers and Jose Tabata were 0 for 4.
- Ramiro Pena was 3 for 5.
- Edwar Gonzalez was 1 for 4.
- PJ Pilittere, Carlos Mendoza and Reegie Corona were each 1 for 3.
- Noel Castillo got the nod and was not good at all. In 5 2/3 innings, Noel allowed 5 runs on 5 hits and 2 walks while striking out 4.
- Craig Heyer allowed 2 hits but nothing else in his 1 1/3 of relief.
- Chace Vacek pitched 2 perfect innings, striking out a batter in the process. I honestly think it's time to promote the former Independent League stud.
- Abe Almonte was 0 for 5 with 3 strikeouts.
- Justin Snyder was 1 for 3 with a walk.
- Brad Suttle was 0 for 4.
- Jesus Montero, dhing, was 2 for 4 with a RBI.
- Austin Romine, catching, was 1 for 4 with 2 strikeouts.
- Carmen Angelini was 1 for 4 with a double. Unfortunately, the Angelini error show continued in earnest today, as he committed 2 more fielding errors, giving him 21 for the season.
- Brandon Laird was 2 for 4 with 2 doubles.
