- Al Aceves got the start and was solid. In 6 innings of shutout ball, Al scattered 3 hits and walked 2 while he struck out 8. With this start, Al might have pushed Rasner out of the rotation. At least I hope so.
- Mark Melancon struck out 3 in his 2 innings of relief.
- Justin Christian and Melky Cabrera were 0 for 4.
- Juan Miranda was 0 for 3.
- Shelley Duncan was 1 for 3 with a double.
- Chad Moeller was 0 for 3.
- George Kontos got the start and pitched in a solid outing. In 6 innings, George allowed 2 runs on 6 hits and 1 walk, striking out 6 in the process.
- Kevin Whelan allowed a hit and a walk in his shutout inning of work, striking out 1.
- Reegie Corona was 3 for 4.
- Ramiro Pena was 2 for 5.
- Kevin Russo was 2 for 3 with 2 walks.
- Frankie Cervelli was 1 for 3 with 2 walks.
- Cody Ehlers and Edwar Gonzalez were hitless in their respective at bats. Both walked once.

- Eduardo Nunez was 2 for 3.
- Kevin Smith was 3 for 3.
- Seth Fortenberry, Kyle Anson, Tim Battle, Mitch Hilligross, and Jose Gil were hitless in their respective at bats. Seth and Tim walked once.
