- Phil Coke gave up an unearned run on 1 hit in 2/3 of an inning.
- JB Cox gave up 4 runs (2 earned) on 4 hits.

- Matt Carson was 2 for 6 wiht a home run, his 9th.

- Shelley Duncan was 3 for 6 with 2 bombs and 6 RBI.
- Ben Broussard was 2 for 5.

- Chad Moeller was 2 for 5 with a double.
- Chris Basak was 1 for 4 with a walk.
- Jeff Marquez started, and gave up 2 runs on 4 hits and 2 walks in 4 innings of work. Marquez also struck out 3.
- Anthony Claggett got the save, striking out 2 and giving up 2 hits in 2 scoreless innings.
- Reegie Corona was 1 for 4 with his 3rd homer and a walk.
- Francisco Cervelli and Austin Jackson were each 2 for 5 with a double. Cervelli raised his average to .367 and Jackson's went up to .290. A-Jax also struck out 3 times.
- Kevin Russo was 1 for 4 with a walk.
- Edwar gonzalez was 1 for 5.
- Walter Ibarra was 1 for 4.
- Seth Cooper was 2 for 3 with 2 steals.
- Ivan Nova started, giving up 4 runs on 7 hits and 4 walks in 4 innings of work, striking out 3. The bright spot in this outing is that Nova got 8 groundball outs against only 1 flyout. Nova has been very hittable this season, but has shown encouraging signs with his GO:AO ratio (1.55).
- Hideki Matsui was 1 for 3 with a walk. He's old for the leageu at 34, but I think he's a legitimate prospect. He should be a solid 4th outfielder in the bigs if all goes well for him.
- Seth Fortenberry was 1 for 4 with a solo home run.
- Jose Gil was 1 for 3.
- Dellin Betances continued his recent run of effective pitching, giving up 2 runs on 3 hits and 2 walks in 6 innings, and striking out 12. Since returning from injury on July 4, Betances has been phenomenal. Dellin has struck out 62 against 18 walks in 49 1/3 innings, with a 2.74 ERA since coming back from injury, and he seems to have his good stuff working now. While he's only in low-A, the improvement in control as well as the high strikeout rate are very encouraging for the future of this 20-year old.
- Austin Krum was 2 for 5.
- Jesus Montero was 1 for 5, dropping his average to .322.
- Brad Suttle was 0 for 4 with a walk.
- Austin Romine was 4 for 4 with 2 doubles and a walk, bringing his average up to .292 on the season.
- Brandon Laird was 2 for 5 with a double.
- Carmen Angelini and Prilys Cuello were each 1 for 4. They each made a fielding error, which was Angelini's 37th, and Cuello's 4th.
- Dave Williams was 2 for 4 with a double.
- Cory Arbiso started, giving up 2 runs on 4 hits and a walk in 3 innings, and striking out 5.
- Addison Maruszak was 2 for 4 with a double, raising his average to .321 on the season.
- Mike Lyon was 2 for 3 with a double and a walk.
- Mitch Abeita and Jack Rye were each 1 for 4.
- Jahdiel Santamaria was 2 for 3 with a double.
- Hector Noesi started, and gave up a run on 4 hits and 3 walks in 4 innings, while striking out 5.
- Pat Venditte pitched a perfect 9th, and reportedly pitched with both arms in the same at bat against a switch-hitter. Pretty cool. So is his 1.09 ERA.
- David Adams was 2 for 3 with a double and a walk.
- Mike Lyon was 1 for 3.
- Daniel Brewer was 2 for 3 with 2 doubles.
- Jahdiel Santamaria was 1 for 2 with a double and a walk.
- Melky Mesa was 1 for 3 with a 2-run jack, his 6th.
