- Darrell Rasner was the starter and was superb, allowing no runs on just 2 hits and 1 walk in 8 innings. He also had 5 strikeouts and a 10-9 GB-FB ratio to compliment his strong outing. Amazingly enough, he was able to accomplish all this on 90 pitches, 63 of them going for strikes. Rasner lowered his ERA to 0.72 with the outing.
- Jose Veras struck out the side in his inning of relief.
- Brett Gardner was 1 for 1 with 2 walks and was also caught stealing. He is now hitting .357 on the season.
- Juan Miranda, Cody Ransom, and Jason Lane all were 1 for 4. Lane hit his 6th homerun of the season.
- Shelley Duncan was hitless in 4 at-bats. The other Duncan did not play.
- Phil Coke turned in a quality start, giving up 4 runs on 8 hits and 1 walk in 6 innings. He did however strike out 7, which is impressive no doubt.
- Hall gave up the winning run in the bottom of the 9th, taking the loss. The run was scored by Mets top prospect Fernando Martinez. For those who care, F-Mart is currently batting .256 with a homerun.
- Jose Tabata was hitless in 3 at-bats. He is currently batting .216.
- Austin Jackson was 1 for 4, and now is batting .288.
- Colin Curtis was 1 for 3 with a double and a walk.
- Matt Carson was 2 for 4 with a triple, homerun, and 2 RBIs.
- PJ Pilittere was 2 for 4 with a homerun of his own.
- Reggie Corona, Ramiro Pena, and Chris Malec all were hitless in their at-bats.
- Ryan Pope got the start and was shaky, allowing 5 runs (1 earned) on 6 hits and 2 walks in 5 innings. With 1 out in the 4th, a Clearwater batter hit the ball back to Pope, and Pope threw the ball into centerfield, missing out on the double play opportunity. The 4 unearned runs followed. Clearwater's starting pitcher and Yankees former farmhand Carlos Monasterios (player to be named in Bobby Abreu trade) was excellent as struck out 6 in his 6 1/3 shutout innings.
- Edgar Soto struck out 3 in 3 innings of 1 run ball, allowing 4 hits in the process.
- Damon Sublett, Seth Fortenberry, Kyle Anson, Tim Battle, and Kevin Smith all were hitless.
- Eduardo Nunez was 2 for 4.
- Mitch Hilligross was 1 for 4.
- Edwar Gonzalez was 1 for 4 with a double.
- Josue Calzado was 1 for 4.
- Noel Castillo got the start and was effective, giving up 2 runs in 7 innings. He surrendered 5 hits, and 2 walks, while striking out 3. His ERA now stands at 2.28 and Noel is undefeated on the season. Yet, there he is nothing to get excited about, a 24 year old pitching in Low-A.
- Abraham Almonte was 1 for 4 with a walk.
- Justin Snyder, Dave Williams, and Austin Romine, dhing, all were 1 for 5. Williams had 2 RBIs and a triple.
- Jesus Montero, catching, was 2 for 5 with 2 doubles and a RBI. He boosted his average to .359.
- Wady Rufino was 1 for 3 with a double.
- Carmen Angelini and Gerald Laird both were 3 for 5. Both had a double a piece.
