Sorry about my recent absence, I've been very busy.  But now I'll get my act together.  Without further adieu, the latest results from Hawaii (from Monday night): Honolulu falls to North Shore, 3-2

• Anthony Claggett pitched 1 2/3 innings of relief, taking the loss by giving up a run on 2 hits and 2 walks.  He also struck out 1, and his ERA on the season is now 5.40.
• Austin Jackson was 1 for 5 with 3 strikeouts and his 3rd steal.  He is hitting a measly .172 on the season.
• Brad Suttle, still looking for his first hit, was 0 for 2 with 2 strikeouts.

The Arizona Fall League began yesterday, and several Yankee prospects are playing for the Peoria Javelinas of this hitter-friendly league. Peoria defeats Surprise, 3-2

• Brett Gardner led off and played left field, going 2 for 4 with a stolen base and an RBI.
• Juan Miranda hit cleanup, but went 0 for 3 with a walk and a strikeout.
• Reegie Corona batted 9th and played shortstop, going 1 for 3 with a walk, a steal, and a strikeout.  He also drove in the winning run on a bases-loaded walk.
