- Chase Wright pitched his 2nd consecutive scoreless outing, going 7 innings while allowing 4 hits and 2 walks and striking out 3. Chase's ERA is down to 3.56, and he seems to be getting more comfortable in AAA. If he continues to perform like this, he could be a good piece of trade bait.
- Chris Britton got the save, pitching 2 shutout innings, allowing 2 hits and striking out 2. His ERA is down to 2.12, although it is still more than triple Edwar Ramirez's ERA.
- Justin Christian was 1 for 4 with a steal.
- Juan Francia was 2 for 4
- Shelley Duncan was 1 for 4, and his average is down to .296.
- Eric Duncan was 0 for 4, and is now hitting a pathetic .224.
- Angel Chavez was 1 for 3 with a double.
- Raul Chavez was 2 for 3 with a double.
- Alan Horne had another dominant outing, allowing 1 run in 7 innings, while giving up 6 hits, 3 walks, and striking out 8. Get this man to Scranton, seriously. What else can he be learning in AA?
- Brett Gardner was 0 for 2 with a walk.
- Alberto Gonzalez, who must have been just demoted, was 1 for 4 with a strikeout.
- Juan Miranda was 2 for 4, but was caught stealing.
- Noah Hall was 1 for 3.
- Aarom Baldiris was 2 for 3 with a homer, although he also made his 17th error of the season.
- Gabriel Lopez was 1 for 3 with a double.
- Daniel McCutchen continued his strong pitching, earning his 9th win by pitching 5 no-hit innings, walking 2 and striking out 3.
- Dave Robertson made his Tampa debut in typical fashion, pitching 2 shutout innings while allowing 1 hit and striking out 1.
- Eric Wordekemper pitched a perfect 9th to earn his 20th save.
- Reegie Corona was 2 for 4.
- Austin Jackson had his first hitless game as a member of the Tampa Yankees, going 0 for 4 with a strikeout to lower his average to .400 since being promoted.
- José Tabata was 2 for 4 with a double, hitting in his 7th straight game to raise his average to .311. If he keeps this up and shows a little more power, he could see Trenton soon.
- Marcos Vechionacci was 1 for 3 with a double and 2 strikeouts, raising his average to .250.
- Tim Battle was 1 for 2 with a walk and 2 steals, and was caught once.
- Francisco Cervelli was 0 for 3, and is now batting .286. He has hit a putrid .212 in June, and hopefully he can get himself back on track.
- Eric Hacker got the start, allowing 1 run in 6 innings on 4 hits and 3 walks. Hacker also struck out 3.
- Seth Fortenberry was 0 for 3 with a walk and a strikeout.
- Josue Calzado was 0 for 3 with a walk and 2 strikeouts.
- Eduardo Nunez was 1 for 3.
- Tim O'Brien was 1 for 2 with 3-run homer and a walk.
- Zach McAllister had his best outing of the season so far, allowing 2 earned runs in 5 innings. Zach struck out 5 while walking just 1, and allowing 5 hits.
- Taylor Holiday was 2 for 5 with a walk.
- Damon Sublett was 1 for 3 with a double and 2 walks.
- Dave Williams was 2 for 4 with a walk and 2 strikeouts, and he also stole a base.
- Isiah Howes was 2 for 5 with a strikeout.
- Justin Snyder was 1 for 3 with 2 walks.
- Rehabbing veteran Pete Walker got the start, pitching 2 shutout innings while allowing 1 hit and striking out 3.
- Daniel Gil (age 18 ) allowed 4 earned runs in 2 innings, while giving up 5 hits, 2 walks, and striking out 2.
- Prilys Cuello was 0 for 1 with a walk.
- Abe Almonte and Zoilo Almonte were each 0 for 4 with 2 strikeouts.
- Brandon Laird was 1 for 4.
- Andres Perez was 1 for 3 with a double.
- Gerardo Rodriguez was 1 for 4.
- Ben Blumenthal was 1 for 2 with a double and a walk. He is now hitting .278 on the year.
