I know this has nothing to do with the Yankees or their minor league system, but how about that Super Bowl?  That would have to be the most exciting Super Bowl I have ever seen, and it was great to see my Giants knock off the undefeated Patriots.  They had been playing like a team of destiny throughout the whole playoffs, and I'm so happy that Eli Manning finally silenced all the doubters who have been looking for him to fail.  I'm also happy that Michael Strahan was able to finally add a Super Bowl title to his illustrious career. The one-handed catch by David Tyree in the 4th quarter was probably the most amazing catch I have ever seen, and at such a crucial moment in the game.  Props to the Giants' defense as well for keeping the record-setting Patriots' offense in check.  Defensive Coordinator Steve Spagnuolo deserves a huge raise, and I hope he doesn't take any head coaching jobs that are offered to him.  I'm still in shock.  Wow.
