Pinstripes Plus has it. A subscription is required. There was some confusion because the tear in his ligament was much smaller than usual for Tommy John victims, but he did undergo ligament replacement surgery last year. The rehab should be quicker because he has less to recover from, but anyone out there (myself included) can probably quiet their fears of Cox losing velocity long-term by pitching with a patched-up elbow.
